But alas it is weigh day. I will say I am very proud of myself that even going through all of this crap I kept myself to plan. Of course stress and lack of sleep have probably had a toll on my weight loss as my body has not had it's chance to heal and recoup. However I lost 1.8 lbs last week*! I am at a total weight loss of 28 lbs since July!! This leaves me a mere 2 lbs away from my first goal--my half way point! I can't wait till next weeks weigh in!! I would write more, but I have to go or I'll be stuck in traffic all morning. Have a great day!!
*Results not typical. Typical weight loss is 2-5 lbs each week the first two weeks and 1-2 lbs each week thereafter.
